We have been offered six paid internships for 2017. Fukui Byora is offering two 10-month internships: one for a web developer and another for a software developer. Fukui Byora would like applicants with Computer Science skills including digital art, statistics, and data analysis. Central Glass is offering three internships with varying lengths at three different sites: Kawasaki, Matsusaka, and Ube. Students of all majors are welcome to apply for Central Glass internships. Taiho Cement is offering one 10 month internship. Taiho Cement is seeking an intern with chemistry skills as well as research and development skills. Japanese proficiency is not required for Taiho Cement but survival Japanese at minimum is required for apply for all of these internships. Applicants will be required to take a language proficiency exam as a part of their application. The application deadline for Fukui Byora is October 28, 2016 and the deadline for all other applications is later October.
